Error: You have entered incorrect username or password

I have quadruple checked the usernames and passwords for my users however NO ONE except admin can log into the control panel under https://<hostname>:8443

am I missing something?

I've been digging further...

-there's no lockout table like in versions past
-all the users trying to login have the 'owner' role
-all the users trying to login are active

Again, I've reset passwords and tried multiple browsers... no one but admin can login... what zee heck?

Empty set (0.00 sec)

nothing there... hrm

all rows are 0

Were you ever able to find a solution to this issue ? I'm facing the exact same thing but everything looks right. Not sure what to check next.
