ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Resource temporarily unavailable (Abstract.php:144)

Hi,

My server runs Parallels Plesk v12.0.18_build1200140606.15 os_SuSE 13.1, when i try to backup 9gb Mysql fails showing the error attached above. There is no backup, and the log files are not available, y cannot access plesk and all the hosted webpages lose connection.
Yesterday, working on the phpMyAdmin, importing and exporting databases i had the same problem.
The only solution found for this error so far is reboot from terminal.

I found this log on /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log
