Resolved Errormessage from Horde when deleting email-adress

Holger

New Pleskian
Hallo,

when trying to delete an old, not more used, email-adress within Plesk (Onyx Version 17.0.17 Update #31 on CentOS 6.9) I get this error message:

DB query failed: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'horde.ingo_sharesng' doesn't exist, query was: DELETE FROM `horde`.`ingo_sharesng` WHERE (`share_owner` = '<OLD_EMAIL_ADRESS')

OK, this table doesn't really exists, but we don't use Horde anymore.

Thanks for any hints how to delete old email-adresses.

Upgrading to a newer Plesk-version fails at the moment. Our ISP is noticed about this.

Best regards
Holger

Hi Holger,

if you don't use horde, consider to REMOVE depending packages and it's database ( logged in as user "root" over SSH ):
Code:
plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component horde
plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

plesk repair installation -y -v
plesk repair db -y -v
This should solve your described issue and you might try again to delete the old, unused eMail - address over the Plesk Control Panel.

Afterwards, you might consider to upgrade Plesk to the latest stable version:
Code:
plesk installer --all-versions
