ERRORS ALL OVER after I reimaged server!

This the error i get and cant install phpbb nor anything else or if i logg out of plesk i also get this error and i called my hosting company and there saying its a problem with plesk Ummm go figure after a clean reinstall i get this issue. This sucks]

Did you ever get this resolved? We are having very similar errors after restoring a server.
