• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

etc/init.d/psa missing

New Pleskian
Hi,
After disabling tools like antispam and emails stuff, my Plesk Admin Panel is unavailable.
Also "etc/init.d/psa" is missing. What can i do ?
Thanks

What do you mean "disabling tools like antispam and emails stuff"?

Hi, in the Plesk Admin Panel, there is a link to enable or disable feature. I disable Mail and Antispam feature, then i see the log page like if i would update Plesk and then i couldn't connect anymore to the panel :-(
I wanted to restart it but the "etc/init.d/psa" is missing

Looks like you have initiated upgrade process which was not completed successfully for some reason. I suggest you contact support team if you are not familiar with Linux and Plesk administration in command line.

Thanks for your answer.
I can't contact the support because i have not buy ticket support :-(
Is there a way to reinstall the Plesk Admin Panel but also to keep all the existing configuration ?

Try to repair Plesk with bootstrapper repair procedure at least. Use forum or KB search for details.
