Question Etherpad lite

Hello,
how can i install "etherpad-lite" on my Plesk Onyx / Ubuntu and point it to a subdomain like etherpad.domain.xyz ?

I suppose that you have to create a subdomain first and then install this Node.js application on your website using this documentation: Node.js Support
