It would be a good idea to have a tool in Plesk that allow to block cookies for a specific domain/hosting (perfect for small web-sites that not have time or money to spend for legal consultancy).
first of all, it has to be mentioned, that it is absolutely irrelevant for Odin, what sort of content Plesk-users host on their server(s).
Second, it is illegal for webhoster(s) to add/modify/remove content of a hosted domain, if the domain-owner doesn't explizit request it from the webhoster(s). Even if the content of a hosted domain is illegal, or could harm the webhoster's server, a webhoster may only lock the domain, to deny the access.
Third, a webhoster isn't responsible for possible missing contents of a website/domain ( as for example: legal notice, imprint, terms and conditions, ... ).
Fourth, please be aware that Plesk products are used all over the world. The EU's aspect ratio (and its laws) to the rest of the world would not encourage me as a developer to develop a tool, which has to analyse domain content for existing or non-existing "cookie-alert" - content and, if non was found, to block cookie usage on the specific domain.
Fifth, please just google for
