Anyone can advise how do work in correct example as i tried that and didnt work

so I choose 'mail created account'
choose user is 'plesk admin'
proity is '50'
command is...' "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\scripts\test-handler.bat" <old_mailname> <new_mailname> '

but nothing happened or am i mising something?

I was wonder are they support staff out there or not or restriction to pay to get support?
