Resolved Extension purchase error - Your current serial number could not be found

I am trying to purchase a Google Drive back extension for my Plesk (Plesk Obsidian 18.0.73 Update #3 Web Host Edition)
. When I click on "buy", it takes me to the relevant Plesk store page where I can enter my details. By default, it selects monthly subscription and has my serial number in the box with green validation tick. As soon as I change the subscription to annual billing, the serial number is removed. When I copy+paste it there and try to validate it, it says "Your current serial number could not be found. Please check your input and try again or contact the manufacturer of the product directly."
If I switch back to monthly, just out of curiosity and try to validate, I get the same error, unless I restart the whole process from scratch. I even tried to see if I can continue to payment as a monthly subscription. It does work and takes me to payment verification (which I cancelled). I want annual subscription. What is the problem and how can I solve it please?

Hello, Nima. Similar behavior was reported to be due to a caching issue. Could you please try purchasing the license through another browser or clear the cache of the current one? Please let me know whether that worked out or the issue still persists, so I can check further with our team for other potential causes.

Thank you for your reply. Initially, I did as you suggested. I tried 3 different browsers, one of which I had never used to login to Plesk and had the same issue. Having seen your reply, I tried a 4th browser, also never used before to access Plesk and it worked. I think even when using the new browser earlier, I did a few things within Pleskso maybe that caused it. Who knows.

This time I just logged in and went straight to purchase and it worked.
