PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Extensions are missing (such as WP toolkit, LetsEncrypt) from the admin view and from any other view​

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

New install on a new OS, select the extensions on install, nothing comes up​

ACTUAL RESULT:

Nothing shows, not available​

EXPECTED RESULT:

Extensions show, available to view​
