Extra FTP Account

I need to give an outside party FTP access to upload csv and image files which I then need to process into a database in the domain.

I do not really want to give them the parent FTP Details.

Is there any way I can set up a second FTP account to access a folder in the domain and restrict access to that folder only? e.g. FTP access to httpdocs/folder
