Extract files not databases from 27 GB backup file

Regular Pleskian
Our backup file is 27 gigabyte with approximately 500 domains.

We wish to restore a certain domain but the domain only, as the database will have some live updates.

How can I use the Plesk restore utility to only restore the files and not the database?

I found this article but I wanted to know if there is another method:
