Issue Fail2Ban installation problem

Hello to all,
i'm on plesk onlyx and CentOS 6.10 (Final) . When i try to install fail2ban i have this error

Running rpm_check_debug

I have to follow this tutorial (Resolved - plesk component installer hangs at Running rpm_check_debug) to unlock the situation but the fail2ban is not installed.

I had fail2ban installed but for some reason the service was no longer started so i decided to unistall all but now i'm in this situation.

How can i do?
