Failed Dependency - Plesk Updater

I am trying to run the plesk updater and doing the spamassasin update.. I get this error in the email...

Getting packages to installation list:
Get packages to installation from selected component spamassassin
Resolve components
Warning: unresolved requires 'vzdummyrhas4' from dummy-selinux-openvz-1.0-2.noarch
Warning: unresolved requires 'vzdummyrhas4' from dummy-selinux-vz-1.0-2.noarch
Check package set before installation
repository: download selected packages
Start packages installation
Installation done.
Exit with OK status

According to this doc,
http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.1/RedHatEL4/psa-8.1.1-rhel4.build81070322.16.i586.html

These two packages are required for Plesk 8.1.1 on RHEL4.
dummy-selinux-openvz-1.0-2.noarch.rpm
dummy-selinux-vz-1.0-2.noarch.rpm

I did an up2date --show-available and those packages are not there.

anyone got an idea where to get them?
