Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data

When i create new domain it appear this error.

The service is not available now.
Contact your provider for details.

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine
Description: The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

You should delete domain in plesk fisrt and remote to the server.
Goto Start>Program>Mail Enable>MailEnable Administrator.

At MailEnable Windows goto Messaging Manager>Post Offices.
Look for the Domain problems and delete it.
Save and exit. Try to create domain again.
