failed login to webmail horde !!!

hi ,
I am a administrator of windows server 2003 with plesk 8.1.1 , Users of domains in this server cannot login to their emails via horde or outlook and I cannot slove this problem .
this error show in webmail.domain.com : Login Failed and this error show on horde.log : Failed login IP to localhost:110 as [email protected] (on c:\inetpub\vhost\webmail\horde\imp\lib\auth\imp.php) .
this error show on pop debug log : error creating lock file for postoffice (error 3 )
please help me , this is a emergency issue .

Are you able to login with the newly created users? If yes, then most probably old users' passwords were reset somehow, try to restore them in accordance with Plesk database:

%plesk_bin%\mchk.exe --all
