i've allready seen this page, but in fazct these files are not on my server

Have you tried to fix it with bootstrapper repair procedure?

Something like

# /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Highlighted depends on your Plesk version.
