Had this message on a test box when I logged in as admin. I havent tried logging into it this week, and noticed that when I tried to the first time the Plesk panel was not responding because the psa service was also not running, although it was running the last time I had used it (last week).

Bootstrapper doesnt do anything other than restart the service which I could have done myself.

bind9 is also failing to start. Normally the fix on CentOS is to update PHP.

Also the Plesk auto update still gives an error:

I've researched most of these threads on the forum.

In a nutshell the solution is to check if the update works using the command line auto updater.

And then, even if the command line updater works, many of us end up with a GUI notice saying there is a problem. There have been no clearly replies from Parallels what the problem might be with the GUI or how to fix it.
