Failed upgrade from 11.5.30 (MU47) to 12.0.18 - YumDownloadError?

Hi

Today I tried to update my panel to 12.08.18 from 11.5.30 (MU47) via the Parallels Installer.

However the install failed part way through and now my panel in not working.

The problem seems to be a package download issue? I did get the following pre-install warning: "SSO start-up script has wrong execution priority. Please, check http://kb.parallels.com/en/112666 for more details" but I did some checking on this and it seems if you do not run SSO or Business Manager it is safe to proceed.

Try to clean yum cache with

# yum clean all

Thanks Igor but I already tried that with no luck.

I have now restored the PSA database so 11.5.30 is working again but still cannot upgrade.

Looks like it was a temporary problem. Left it for an hour and tried again and it worked.

Now I have a problem that when I log into the panel, the top bar and left hand navigation panel work OK but the main panel says 'File not found' for every page except the ones under 'My Profile'. I will have a look into it and post a new thread if I cannot sort it.

Edit: All sorted. A restart resolved 'File not found' problem
