failure notice: curl: (7) couldn't connect to host

Hello All!

After this nights automated updates to the panel, i got a problem, each 5 minutes i get this email:

Does any one have an idea how to fix this?

Please try to run following command on your server

/usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all --hostname=<domain name>

When running that command i get this message:

Customer & Business Manager is not installed yet.

While in panel it says

Information: Customer and Business Manager was successfully installed but it requires additional configuration. Click here to complete the installation.

When i do click to complete the installation, it only refreshes to same main page in plesk panel..
