hoax mail alerts.

I have notified number of fales alerts from admin email.


I have notified number of email from plesk admin for undeliver email and stating that Antivirus has found viruses in the e-mail coming from "[email protected]" to the following recipients "[email protected]". The message was deleted.

However the actual mail is received respective inbox.

Let me know how to prevent ?

FYI - My hosting provider check the server neither CPU usage is high, nor the server affected any virus.
