FastCGI mode creates for Joomla a problem while installing

Hello everybody,

I want to install Joomla 1.7 at one of my favourite sites, but there comes a loop at the installation when Joomla check my system after the 1st screen and using a FastCGI mode.
When I using Apache mode, than the installation will continuing and all things seems to be fine.

Does have someone a explanation why this will happening and how could is prevent this situation for the future.
