Fatal error during setup via the web pages

Afteer the Page wheer I fill in the hostname, IP's and admin password, I click next or submit or whatever it is and the following error message comes up.

Anyone got any ideas on what I can do?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function psasem_lock() in C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\htdocs\server\configure.php3 on line 101
