  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded

Problem
When importing a sql table in phpMyAdmin i get the following error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in \Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\databases\phpMyAdmin\libraries\read_dump.lib.php on line 91

The knowledgebase on this site says you have to change the php.ini, other sites say httpd.conf. I tried both, didn't work. Neither of those files had any entry of '300', so i searched for a ini, conf or php file containing '300' and found that "\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\databases\phpMyAdmin\config.inc.php" did.

This file overwrites the default php timeout value.

Solution
Changing the value 300 in 0 (0=unlimited) in config.inc.php, will make it work.

$cfg['ExecTimeLimit'] = 0; // maximum execution time in seconds (0 for no limit)

I hope this is will be of any use to someone else.
