fatal error when install/uninstall the zend software

Hello.
I tried to install zend software for use the zend optimizer and this software install mysql again, when i uninstall this software to recover the system to be like before the installation, now the mysql doesn't work, appear this error: error 500 internal server error. when i try http://localhost/phpinfo.php in the server appear the error: error 404 not found
