Fatal Error when trying to uninstall or install plesk panel 9.0

Hello.

I am having problems with plesk 9.0. I was trying to uninstall the application from a windows 2003 server due to some malfunctions that were happening with the key so that I could reinstall it from scratch. The first run of the uninstaller seemed to go through fine and I rebooted the server after it was done as requested by the program. After rebooting I tried to run the installer again and I get this error:

The system cannot find the file specified. (Error Code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psapipe.

After that the installer closes with a fatal error.

A similar error happens when I try to run the uninstaller from the add/remove programs menu. (which is still there even though it's been uninstalled already).

This is a fairly urgent matter if anyone has ANY suggestions I would really appreciate the help.
