Hi,
A feature that would be of great benefit would be to allow notes on Clients, Resellers and Domains. With the ability to set the visibility of notes to Administrator, Reseller, Client, Domain User. It doesnt need to be a large area, and only has to allow a few hundred characters.
The reason is that within the organisation I work for, different people make alterations to accounts and keeping a track of who and more importantly why a change was made is vital to maintain accountability and communication.
