Feature request: disable automatically update for single plugin

Hello,
I don't know if there's already the possibility to do it (al least I can't found this option on WPT) but I'd like to have the possibility to disable the automatically update for single plugins.
I have some WordPress installation where customers don't want that WPT update automatically some plugins (for reasons of stability/compatibility with their theme).
