Issue Fehler: mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:UNIQUE constraint failed: vhost_ids.guid

I get this error if I want to activate one mailservice for a domain, but this error appears:

mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:no such table: vhost_ids

Next error on the same server:

mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:no such table: mails

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Have you tried
# plesk repair db -y
? Because it could be a general issue with the database structure (missing tables).
Maybe also run
# plesk repair mail
because there could be additional data structures missing.

If I move the domain to a new subscription, this error appears:

mailmng-outgoing failed: ERRORutgoing:UNIQUE constraint failed: domains.name​

We identified that the Plesk license was purchased not directly from Plesk but through one of the Plesk Resellers. Please contact your license provider for support service.
