"File description has invalid format" error

Hey people

please can you help me, i have downloaded the plesk 8.6 and extracted it, but at the end of the extraction, it comes up with an error saying "File description has invalid format". i then tryed running "SetupPlesk.exe" and the same error message.

i have also downloaded again incase of corruption!

please help!!

Staff managed to solve this problem simply be installing the dotnet2 you may be finding the dotnet2 the site of microsoft.
