File Manager error accessing subdomains

I have recently upgraded from Plesk 8.3 to 8.4 and now I am getting various permissions problems in different parts of the product.

Opened File Manager on an existing domain and navigated to subdomains. Selected required subdomain and clicked on the httpdocs directory to review files and received the following error message;

Error: Unable to change directory to /subdomains/shqdev/httpsdocs: filemng failed: filemng: opendir failed: Permission denied

System error 13: Permission denied


All user and group permissions assigned by Plesk so why is this happening?

I now have to go into SSH to do all my file management.

I was just starting to like Plesk but now I am not so sure as it is more of a hindrance than a help
 
Hi,

Issue is related to the fact that Plesk operates File manager under ftp user account of domain.
