  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

"File not found" in httpdocs

New Pleskian
Hello Community.

I already talked with the support of my provider and they couldn't help me. Also google wasn't able to help so I ask here.

So...I uploaded some images and html files to the httpdocs folder. All the files, which were put there by plesk are found when I navigate to them through my browser like http://mydomain.com/favicon.ico.
Now the Images I uploaded to the same location directly next to the favicon.ico which is found, returns a 404 not found error.

What can I do?

Cheers Valentin.

Dear both,

I have exactly the same problem on my setup here,
and to be sure, I also tested another option:

I just installed the Joomla application (on Plesk Panel 11). After succesful installation, 2 LINKS (Joomla Admin, Joomla Site) are displayed. Both links lead to the same ERROR MESSAGE (The requested URL /joomla/administrator/index.php was not found on this server.)

ANY IDEAS ???
