File Tab Permission Problem

Hello Guys,

I am facing the big problem i don't know how to figure out how do i have to change the permission via SSH i am getting this error (filemng: opendir failed: Permission denied System error 13) i have fallow all the step which is describe in this thread http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?297409-Internal-error-filemng-opendir-failed-Permission-denied-System-error-13 after 5 to 6 hour search i have change the permission but it's not showing the default parallel plesk file i can't and when i tried to upload file via FTP it's denied and error showing something like 555 this what i have done to change the permission.

cd /var/www/vhosts/sme-ba.com
chmod 755 /var/www/vhosts/sme-ba.com/httpdocs
chmod 755 /var/www/vhosts/sme-ba.com/logs

And when i tried to add new domain in panel it's also showing me error that log file link is broken. I don't know what to do i need to solve this issue ASAP please advice me any idea or if someone knows this please inbox me i will give this server access to make this perfect for me.

Please let me know ASAP.

Another problem I am facing when i tried to add new domain in panel i am getting this error

Warning: mkdir: cannot create directory `./sme-ba.com/logs': File exists ERROR: Cannot relink logs. Target directory '/var/www/vhosts/sme-ba.com/logs' is in invalid state.

can anyone tell me what shall i do and how to fix this issue ?
