File upload problem in .NET and PLESK

Hi,

I can't upload a file into my domain, that is hosted by
a hosting company that uses Plesk 7.0 for Windows.

My aplication is written in .NET and when I try to upload a small
text file, I always get the following error:
Access to the path "..." is denied

The test application is available at:
http://teste.fun2shop.biz/

Just select a small file and press the "Button" to get the same
error.

I've already spoken with the Plesk administrator but he replies
that everything is setup correctly.

Does the administrator have to setup any special PLESK
permission in order to enable this functionality in .NET?

Please help!
Thanks

Where do I setup the folder write access in PLESK?

Thanks for you tip.

You do that in the file manager. There's a little golden lock icon, that you click on next to the folder/file you want to set permissions on.

The problem with uploading files in File Manager is actually a known bug and will be fixed in a Plesk hotfix or service pack this week according to SW-Soft support.

Hi,

I've activated WRITE access to the destination folder, with
File Manager but the problem still persists. The error given
is just the same (Acees is denied...).

I've notest also that my plesk user has no WRITE access:
only READ permission is activated for it. I can't
change this permission, only the PLESK administrator
can do it. Do I require to have this WRITE access in order to
upload files to my plesk domain?

Thanks,
mdias
