Hi,
when adding an APs file to the Application Vault, It all loads without error and is shown in 'Installed Apps/My Apps' however it will not appear in the available applications when attempting to add an application to a new clients domain. I have :
1. confirmed that the APS file is properly/successfully generated by using the APSTool
2. made sure that the application was 'Made Available'
3. cleared the Appplication Vault Cache.
4. tried adding various different Applications all of which behave in the same way.
I have made an intensive search of Google and these forums but can find no one with a similar issue. Has anyone any ideas? Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong?
I'm not an expert on Plesk, more a competent user of it.
