lets say you own... http://domain.tld

http://domain.tld/plesk-stat/webstat
will show...

"This is the placeholder for Web statistics. If you see this page, that means that statistics for your server was not gathered yet, or bandwidth was not used. Statistics is typically set to run once every 24 hours. If you do not see a change to this page in the next 24 hours contact your server administrator for assistance.

This page has been automatically generated by Plesk."

how do you fix this?

domains -> domain.tld -> report -> Webalizer Preferences

you should see under "Referrer"
"domain.tld/"

if you don't:
click "Hide Entries"

Entry type -> "Referrer"
Referrer -> "domain.tld/"

click ok.
do happy dance.

(this might take a day to resolve since thats how often the script runs by cron for tabulation of statistical data.)

enjoy. the happy dance is optional.

missed a spot:

domains -> domain.tld -> setup
Web statistics -> Webalizer
click ok

now you are required to do the happy dance.
