Fixing a Template Width

Hi there,

I've searched through hours of these forms and have yet to find a solution for the look of my website.

The header graphic is fixed left, but the rest of the site is fluid.

Is there a way to fix the entire width of the site to 780px to match the header and then center the site? I'm using template music-001.
