Folders of users

Hi,

all users have the folder - structure like:

/anon_ftp
/bin
/cgi-bin
...
/httpdocs
...
/web_users

I just like to have the structure like in confixx: one html-folder /httpdocs and 2-3 other folders like in confixx, too. but the /bin and so on should be invisible to user via ftp

How can I do this?

Can I suppress the creation folders like "etc" for new domains?
