Resolved Forgotten Password for Admin not sending to email?

Server operating system version

Ubuntu 20.04

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian18.0.57

I have always logged in with 'root' but want to login with 'admin.'
However, it says the same password that I use for 'root' is wrong.
I've never used the 'admin' one.
I followed advice and clicked on 'forgotten password' and waited for the email to arrive to reset, but no email ever arrives!
I only have an email for 'root'?

I followed these instructions:

And I successfully changed the password, but when I try to use it, nothing has changed?
