I installed plesk 8.1 on my webserver however the domain owners, webmasters, were not able to receive any emails that online visitors would send them by filling out the online forms on their pages.

I found a forum update on swsoft's website to unregister the php 4 and register the php5 components only in plesk...i did that, however its still not working...when the users fill out the form online, they click on the submit button...the form2email.php is being called however its not working...i get the page not found error with the web address <domainname.com>/form2email.php...Any ideas why this would not work?

I refreshed the php setting for the domain in the control panel, now its taking me back to the "thank you for your email" screen that the webadmin created but the email is not being sent...
