• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Frame Forwarding: What will it delete

New Pleskian
My ISP (HostGator) uses Plesk for me to access my shared windows account. I am trying to Frame Forward the URL http://www.barfbags.com to Air Sickness Bag Museum - Air Sickness Bag Museum. Air Sickness Bag Museum - Air Sickness Bag Museum works just fine at the moment.

However, when I attempt to set up Frame Forwarding under "Change Hosting Type" in Plesk and click "Apply" I get the following message: Warning: The content of the website will be deleted. Do you want to change the hosting type for your website?

What exactly does this delete? Does "the website" refer to http://www.barfbags.com or Air Sickness Bag Museum - Air Sickness Bag Museum or something else? I have several websites hosted at the ISP, such as Fitpacking Weight Loss Backpacking Adventure Vacations, which is a totally different site in a different folder but it's hard to say whether or not Plesk will delete its contents. How can I tell exactly what Plesk will delete? The error message seems far too casual for something that will wipe out an entire website and maybe everything in my account.

Please let me know exactly what will be deleted by Plesk if I hit OK.
