Free version of plesk stil available?

Is it stil possible with Plesk 7.5.6 for windows to use Plesk for free if you only have 1 domain?

I which to try plesk 7.5.6 "live" on my server with running only 1 domain.
I heard somewhere that this is possible if so are all options enabled?
Options as:
- subdomains
- hotlink protection
- filemanager
- webmail
etc

second question:
Is Plesk 8 soon being released for windows?

Because i tryng to create a email box and plesk (without license) dont recognize the <mail> tag

its bloked? or i need to do something ?
