    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Am I missing something? I can't find a way of allowing the domain admins to change the Mail Settings in the Frontpage preferences. I tried enabling permissions without success. They are able to view the settings e.g. "From address" etc, but not edit them.
