FTP Access Not working

I'm trying to access plesk through FTP - Filezilla, but this happens

Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Connecting to 51.81.137.224:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 ProFTPD Server (ProFTPD) [51.81.137.224]
Command: AUTH TLS
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

I have the correct ftp creds, when I change the password though it gets blanked after clicking the Apply Button. Idk if this is just normal or what not.
TRIED accessing it with or without the password, with port 21, not woking.
