FTP account can't login

Hi,

I followed your advice to set ftp subaccounts.. i set them to unlimited. I am now able to add a subaccount but same as before I cannot login using WsFtp. I get a password error each time and the password is correct.

USER ftpemin
331 Password required for ftpemin.
PASS (hidden)
530 User ftpemin cannot log in.

Anyone have this problem and a solution?

I had a similar problem where I was trying to FTP in to the wrong IP address.

Eg. I had IPs x.x.x.1 to x.x.x.10, the domain was setup on x.x.x.3 but I was trying to FTP in to x.x.x.1.

You have to use the correct IP address for the domain.
