Resolved FTP Account option missing on new installation.

Please see screenshot (and disregard other available option in existing installation)

I am pretty sure it has something with Subscription Settings but not sure what? I double checked and on new Plesk installation Subscription Plan - Additional FTP accounts is set to 3 yet for some reason i don't see it (as in screenshot).

Any help?
