can anyone help me out with this problem that's really driving me nuts, here's my setup
OS - Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Panel version - 11.0.9 Update #32
Basically if i create a additional FTP account on any Domain it errors when trying to add files. I get permission errors, it looks like the FTP accounts have read only access. The only account that can read and write is the main master FTP account for that domain.
Ive used Plesk for a few years now and never had any problems with this. On Plesk 9.5 there was a separate section to grant read and write permissions but i cant seem to find a similar section on Plesk 11, Ive searched everywhere but cant seem to get this to work.
Any Ideas?
