FTP Backup Repository in Active Mode issues

Is there any way to set a specific port for the backups to go through for my FTP backup repository on another server? It seems to choose random ones and my firewall blocks the connections so my backups fail to upload. Also when I use passive mode they will not go through either.

Any help is appreciated.
