• The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi, on my self managed server most softwares were preinstalled and i have to turn on or configure them,
i configured most softwares but i have these problems:
1- ftp: i restarted it and configured my proftpd.conf but the button for ftp does not show on plesk contro panel.
2- how to configure a link so that my cients can access to their control panel by using http://www.theirwebsite:8443/

thank you very much,

Hi

1:) you cant do that. ftp restart meant xinetd restart only from ssh root.
2:) you cant do that either. you can have http(s)://theirwebsite:8443 by default, but that is giving cert errors.

to access through http the plesk there are some vhost and vhost_ssl.confs to be made, I did this but then the file manager becomes useless, all the other stuff was ok . at least with my script:p
