ftp can't change file permissions

hello
i'm new to plesk
when i define ftp accounts to my customers, they can't change file or folder permissions and get the message:
"ftp this server does not support changing file permissions plesk windows"

any help will be greatly appriciated

Windows can't change permission via FTP.
But you can change permission for folder or file via Plesk Control Panel in File Manager function.
